Read Our Refund Policy At Andrea Ruth Walker, we respect your time and ours. Below are our policies to ensure fairness and transparency. Consultation & Coaching Session Cancellations - If you book a session after receiving a consultation and later cancel, 50% of the session fee will be retained to cover the consultation time. The remaining 50% will be refunded. - Cancellations made at least 48 hours before an appointment can be rebooked. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Retreat Deposits, Payments & Cancellations -A 50% deposit secures your spot; the balance is due 30 days before the retreat. -Bookings within 30 days require full payment. -Date changes may be allowed within 10 days of booking (deposit minus processing fees can be applied to a future retreat). -No refunds after 10 days. Exceptions & Billing Errors Billing errors must be reported within 7 days for review. Retreat cancellations must be in writing; rescheduling is at our discretion.
